Carrels

Eight study carrels (photo left), wired for power and direct internet access, are available for use at ARC by retired faculty, librarians and senior administrators.  A few are equipped with donated PCs (see ARC computer inventory).  All are welcome to bring a laptop, which may be stored securely on-site in a locker.

To Reserve a Study Carrel: Please send an email request to academic.retiree@utoronto.ca, including the following information:

  1. Name
  2. Email and telephone number
  3. Faculty, Department and year of retirement from University of Toronto
  4. Dates required

Drop-In Use: You are welcome to visit ARC without a study carrel reservation and use a carrel if one is available.
